Respect Appointment Times

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving early can disrupt the privacy and focus of other clients who are in session.
If it is permissible to arrive early for your appointment, we will notify you via text message. Alternatively, you are welcome to text us and inquire if arriving early is convenient.

What to Do if You Arrive Early

If you happen to arrive before your scheduled appointment time, we kindly ask that you wait outside or in your vehicle until your appointment begins unless we have confirmed that it is okay for you to come in early.

Running Late?

If you are running late, please notify us immediately. Please note that we will not extend your time slot for lateness as it will impede on others. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your session may need to be adjusted to end at the originally scheduled time to ensure fairness to other clients.
